You’ve put in the training, logged the dives, earned your certifications. Now you want a position that matches your skills, your lifestyle, and where you want to be in the world.
We work with dive centers across Southeast Asia — from boutique liveaboards in the Maldives to busy resort dive schools in Thailand. We’ll match you with roles that suit your experience level, certifications, and personal goals.
No cold-emailing dive centers. No waiting weeks for a reply. We represent you directly, handle the introduction, and keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Whether you’re a newly certified OWSI or a Course Director with years of experience, there’s a position in Southeast Asia with your name on it.
Assessment
Once you have responded to 1 or more vacancy/vacancies, we will assess your CV based on education, knowledge and experience.
Personal interview
If the assessment is positive, we will contact you to schedule an online introduction.
Introduction in our network
After our introduction, we will send your resume to dive centers in our network that have open vacancies and possible matches.

We will we’ll discuss a possible match with the dive center and organize an (online) interview between you and the dive center.
